Products and Orders
We make every reasonable effort to present our products as accurately as possible.

Variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and fabric production may result in slight differences between the images displayed and the actual product. Such differences do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
A size guide is available to assist customers in selecting the most suitable size. As individual body shapes and garment designs vary, customers are encouraged to review the measurements provided on each product page before placing an order.
All garments undergo quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations commonly associated with the manufacturing process, including loose threads, slight differences in stitching, or other acceptable finishing variations, are not regarded as defects where they fall within normal industry standards.
While inventory is updated regularly, availability cannot always be guaranteed. Should an item become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to arrange either a full refund or an alternative product, subject to availability and your preference.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping services are provided in accordance with our Shipping and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If an item appears to have been damaged during transit or is incomplete, please contact us within a reasonable time after receipt and provide photographs together with your order number so that we may investigate and assist accordingly.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy is set out in our Shipping and Exchange Policy.
Exchange requests for eligible items should be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, selected products may not be eligible for exchange where clearly stated on the product page or required by applicable law.
Unless the exchange is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
