Shipping Charges

Complimentary international shipping is available on qualifying orders with a minimum purchase value of SGD 60.

Shipping promotions may be introduced, amended, or withdrawn at our discretion.

For orders that do not qualify for complimentary shipping, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier network, customs procedures, and local conditions.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates.

Unexpected delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Delivery Address

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders are processed promptly to minimise delivery times.

Requests to amend or cancel an order can only be accepted before the order enters the packing process.

Once an order has been packed or transferred to our delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or redirected.
